In this section, you can manage your subscription. Here you can opt for one of the paid options on offer, or cancel your subscription.
The free version
The basic, free version of Rentila allows the management of a single property. It’s also limited to 2 tenants, 2 rental agreements, and 4 property condition reports (including archived ones). The storage space is 50 MB.
This free plan is perfect for the small landlord just starting out.
After account creation, usage is unlimited for 15 days. This gives the customer ample time to explore Rentila without restrictions. After this period, the limits of the free account are applied. If the user exceeds these, a subscription will be required.
The paid version, Silver and Gold
The Silver account is limited to 5 units. The Gold account has no limits. The storage for the Silver account is 500 MB while the Gold account offers up to 5 GB.
The paid version also offers additional features such as:
- Bank synchronisation,
- The ability to add users to the account,
- Rentila’s simple electronic signature for rental contracts and property condition reports,
- The ability to create customised rental contract templates,
- The ability to create custom templates for certain system messages.
We only accept payments through:
- Credit card,
- Direct debit,
- Paypal.

Subscription renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew each month or year.
Here are possible reasons for the non-renewal of your subscription:
- Your bank declined the transaction;
- Insufficient funds in your bank account;
- Your card has expired;
If your renewal payment fails, you’ll simply need to purchase a new subscription.
Non-renewed subscription
In case your subscription isn’t renewed, your account will revert to the Free mode. You won’t lose your data, but the account will be locked. After a few months of inactivity, the grace period, the account will be deleted without prior notice.
How can I update my payment method?
- For credit card subscriptions: To add a new credit card, head to the Subscription and billing section and update your card. You can only have one credit card saved.
- For Paypal subscriptions: You can manage your linked bank or card details directly from your PayPal account.
- For Direct Debit subscriptions: You cannot update your bank account and direct debit mandate. You’d need to cancel the subscription. Once it expires, you can purchase a new subscription.
