Multi-owner

This section of the software is aimed at landlords with multiple properties, who own various properties under different legal entities such as their own name, a property company, an LTD, joint ownership, etc. It allows you to add and designate different owners for each of your properties. The name and address of the selected owner will also appear on the rent receipts.

You can perform the following actions:

  • Add an owner.
  • Edit the details of an existing owner.
  • Delete an owner from the list.

Once you’ve created an owner, you can select them when adding a new property.

The default owner is the one associated with the account. You can change it by navigating to “My Account”.

Delete or change the default owner

It’s not possible to delete the default owner as this would equate to deleting your account. However, you can update the default owner’s details by changing their name, address, etc. Please be aware that these changes will apply to all properties associated with this owner.
