Create an owner
To add an owner (individual, joint ownership, property company, etc.), follow these simple steps:
Navigate to the “My Account” section, then click on “Multi-owners” and finally on the “New Owner” button.
For each owner, please provide the following details:
- The type of owner,
- The name or company denomination,
- The address and other contact details,
- The logo and signature,
- Banking details.
An owner can be an individual or a company with partners. You can also specify the capital distribution for each partner.
In cases of multiple individuals, such as in joint ownership, and if you wish to highlight the names on certain documents, you can enter them in the “Names” field, one after the other.
You also have the option to add a distinct logo and signature for each owner, which will appear on certain documents like receipts, among others.
Edit an owner
If you wish to edit an existing owner, go to the “My Account” section, then “Multi-owners”, click on the “Edit” action to the right of the concerned owner, make the necessary changes, then click on “Save”.
Delete an owner
To delete an owner, go to the “My Account” section, then “Multi-owners”, click on the “Delete” action to the right of the concerned owner.
If the owner is linked to one or more properties, it’s essential to either assign them to another owner or delete them beforehand. Otherwise, the software will not let you remove the owner.
Please note that this action will result in the loss of the owner’s history.
Delete or change the default owner
It’s not possible to delete the default owner as this would equate to deleting your account. However, you can update the default owner’s details by changing their name, address, etc. Please be aware that these changes will apply to all properties associated with this owner.
