In this section, you can manage the inventories for each of your properties and tenancy agreements.
The inventory is an essential element of the tenancy. It encompasses a detailed description of the condition of the rented property, including walls, ceilings, doors, windows, as well as a complete furnishing inventory including furniture, crockery, and decor.
You can perform the following operations:
- Create an inventory,
- Modify an inventory,
- Duplicate an inventory (all information is copied to create a duplicate),
- Download an inventory (format Word, OpenOffice, PDF),
- Archive an inventory,
- Delete an inventory.
You have the option to filter records using various criteria (landlord, property).
Entry and Exit Inventories
You can duplicate an inventory starting from a pre-existing base. This way, you can easily create an exit inventory from an entry inventory, and vice versa.
Inventory Template
When you create a new inventory in Rentila, the software automatically generates a pre-filled document template.
You can preview this template in the inventory creation and editing form.
Furthermore, you have the option to download it in Word, PDF, or OpenOffice format from the “Inventories” section by accessing the “Templates” column on the right.
The landlord and tenant can sign this inventory in two ways:
- Either make a digital signature in their Rentila space;
- Or print it and sign on paper.
